Mr Bernard Acheampong
DIRECTOR
Mr Acheampong brings 34 years of architectural experience including five years in the U.K and a wealth of experience in the real estate industry in Ghana gained over the past twenty-five years as a director of Dwellin Concepts Limited (DCL) incorporated in Ghana on 18th November 1994 under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179).
Rev. J. B. Lomo-Mainoo
DIRECTOR
Rev. J. B. Lomo-Mainoo has over 40 years of experience in the public and the private sectors influencing policy and development project decisions in Ghana's Tourism Development and providing project and business management and consultancy services in development planning on several projects including the 3-Star 79-room Ridge Royal Hotel in Cape Coast.
His skills include the following:
- Tourism Resource and Physical Land-Use Development Planning Tourism Product Development, Marketing and Promotional Techniques.
- Hospitality/Receptive Facilities Development and Management
- Ecological Conservation and Methodologies for Eco-Tourism Development.

DANNY MAINOO
DIRECTOR
Mr Danny Mainoo C.E.O. of CLEARCEL is an industrial Economist.
Clearcel, registered in 2001 has been involved in Project Development, Civil Works and Bridge Installations.
He had his elementary Education at the UST, Kumasi International School. He did his Secondary Education at Achimota School. His University Education was in Stuttgart, West Germany. He returned to Ghana in 1982 and worked with the German Construction Company (ABU) as the only Ghanaian amongst the four (4) Top management personnel of the International Company.

Mr. Modrovic is a proven planner, innovator and engineering integrator in the green building and energy-efficiency space for decades. Exceptional and peerless at integrating complex energy-efficient technology into practical and sensible high-impact product systemization, resulting in positive global implications.
Having over 35 years of experience in management and business development in the U.S. and internationally, George is a quintessential innovator whose far and forward-thinking approach to planning, engineering and technology is manifest in ELFI’s energy-efficient, integrated systems which provide state-of-the-art, new-breed, building solutions: From single-family homes and affordable
housing, to assisted living communities, to resort development, to La Fleur ELFI, and more.
George Modrovic holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Slovak Institute of Technology. He has continued his education in the U.S. through advanced studies in economics, sales, management and urban planning. He has a broad technical background that includes mechanical design, concept development, manufacturing, testing, and implementation and execution.
