ELFI AFRI-CLEAR BUILDING SOLUTION - GHANA LTD Venture is a Consortium of two Ghanaian companies Clear Homes and African Solution Ltd (AFRISOL) in partnership with ELFI Building Solutions incorporated in the United States of America.
The companies have signed an MOU to establish the parameters to facilitate a framework for the manufacturing and assembly of prefabricated panels for construction projects in Ghana.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
The Consortium intends to establish a production facility in Ghana that is capable of producing ELFI wall and roof systems, and supporting components, for the construction of pre-fabricated, steel-and-foam residential and commercial buildings in Ghana.
These include participating in the government’s educational facilities improvement and development projects and the Affordable Housing MOU agreement with the government to build 10,000 affordable homes in Ghana.
This initiative will create adaptable and scalable structural parameters integrated with energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, climate-responsive, pre-fabricated and pre-engineered, wall and roofing systems that integrate and optimize every building initiative.
