AFRISOL is building on the experience of DCL with a fresh concept to offer a more efficient and effective system for delivering functional, sleek and competitive homes and neighbourhoods to the market.
AFRISOL draws strength from the proven ability of its management team. The objective of the ELFI partnership is to fill every functional position with talented and experienced personnel to ensure effective delivery and undertake large-scale and integrated developments that would better satisfy the needs of the industry.
Ghana has a housing unit deficit in excess of 100,000 per annum and Real Estates Developers take an average of 24 months to deliver a housing unit to the buyer. In view of the current situation in the industry, AFRISOL’s mission is to provide a high-quality product that will substantially speed up the process and make delivery more efficient and profitable.
Mr Acheampong is the Executive Director of the company. He holds a BSc (Hons) Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. He provides the strategic direction for the organization and is the Principal Architect responsible for design and construction supervision.
Rev. Lomo-Mainoo is the Director of Planning and Business Development and is responsible for the following:
- Creation and identification of projects and development partners.
- Project planning and implementation. Protect and safeguard company assets. Internal controls and systems.
- The site and building systems management.
- Research and quality control of building systems, Strategic marketing, procurement and management of supply chain logistics.
